Physical Voucher - Singapore
For physical vouchers, based on the following cut off dates you have redeemed in the app, delivery will be made to HQ accordingly.
1st Cut Off – 8th
If you have redeemed after 23rd of the previous month and before 8th of the current month, HQ will receive the physical vouchers on 15th of the current month.
2nd Cut Off – 23rd
If you have redeemed after 8th of the current month and before 23rd of the current month, HQ will receive the physical vouchers on 1st of the next month.
Delivery and dispatch
Once HQ receives the vouchers, it will be sent to the respective centresthrough internal dispatch.
E-Voucher
After redeeming your e-voucher, you will be able to see the code on the redemption screen on the app and you will receive an email with the voucher code. You can enter this code during checkout when placing your order on the respective merchant’s website.
